If you order it, you will get it fast. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours and should be in your hands within 7-10 days. Rush orders can usually be prepared the same day and shipped next day or second-day delivery, for an additional charge.

GiantPartyStore has done it's best to make sure all items are available online. In some cases due to the high volume of items (over 13,000 sku's to choose from) we may have missed some. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order with a return authorization number. Only unused and unopened merchandise with its original packaging and accessories will be accepted.

All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, therefore we encourage you to estimate your needs as closely as possible.

Due to health concerns, costumes, headwear, and food items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include; glow products, seasonal and/or dated items after the event date. All closeout sales are final and cannot be returned.

Returned shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Product received without a Return Authorization or non-returnable items with or without a Return Authorization Number will become property of Giant Party Store and no refund will be given.

Imprinted items are non-returnable.

We currently ship to Arab Emirates, Bahamas, Bermuda, Guam, Mexico & Virgin Islands. There is a minimum charge of $65.00. NO COD!! Shipping charges will be no less than $65.00 but no greater than 150% of merchandise total.
